That’s why I’ve created this handy guide to Brevo pricing. I try to go through all of their offerings, from Marketing, Conversations, and Sales, all the way to their messaging API. Once you know the details about each of these options, you’ll be better equipped to choose the right plan for your needs.

As we mentioned, Brevo made a name for itself as the email marketing software Sendinblue, but today’s Brevo offers a lot more than that.

If email communication is your primary need, you can get this with Brevo’s Marketing Platform. This also gives you the option to promote your business via WhatsApp and text messages.

The Brevo Marketing Platform also has a few different paid plans:

  • Starter: $25.00 per month
  • Business: $65 per month

It’s very important to note here that these are the “starting” rates. For either plan, the starting rate gives you 20,000 emails per month. However, you can purchase additional allowances in increments of 20,000 or more. Here’s how that breaks down for the Starter plan:

  • Starter with 40,000 emails: $35 per month
  • Starter with 60,000 emails: $49 per month
  • Starter with 100,000 emails: $69 per month

Meanwhile, here’s how the sliding scale looks (beyond the starting option) for the Business plan:

  • Business with 40,000 emails: $75 per month
  • Business with 60,000 emails: $89 per month
  • Business with 100,000 emails: $129 per month

After that, the Business plan continues to go up in email increments. The highest option for one million emails will cost you $669 per month. You can purchase even more emails with a custom plan. And, you’ll get a discount when you purchase any plan on an annual basis.

It’s also important to note that you can further customize your Brevo Marketing Platform plan. For instance, you can remove Brevo’s logo from your campaigns for an additional $12. Alternatively, you can blend it with add-ons on a pay-as-you-go basis (more on this later).

Lastly, you can also get bespoke pricing with BrevoPlus. This enables you to run multi-channel campaigns so it’s best suited for enterprises. It also comes with advanced integration and security features.

It’s important to keep in mind that these rates fluctuate drastically depending on location. For instance, 1,000 WhatsApp messages in France would cost you $180.98, while in the UK, they would cost you $89.12.

You can also pay $251 per year per dedicated IP.

How Brevo pricing compares against the competition
