We are Globetec Technology Group, a digital agency specializing in web design, hosting, and website security. We manage a portfolio of WordPress websites and are looking for a reliable junior professional to support ongoing maintenance, plugin updates, and performance improvements for our clients.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a proactive WordPress specialist with solid knowledge of Elementor, plugins, and SEO fundamentals. The role involves maintaining and optimizing WordPress websites, ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and updates on client WordPress sites.
• Manage and update plugins, ensuring compatibility and stability.
• Optimize website performance using caching, compression, and CDN tools.
• Ensure SEO best practices are applied on-page (titles, metadata, alt text, etc.).
• Generate and send automated performance and analytics reports from our internal platform.
• Implement basic security and backup routines.
• Collaborate with our team to identify and apply improvements when needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Knowledge of WordPress plugins and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with performance optimization tools (e.g., WP Rocket, Smush, Cloudflare).
• Basic understanding of WordPress SEO and analytics integration.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English or Spanish.
