Requirements –
- Proficiency with Zapier/Automation Tools: A deep understanding of how Zapier works, including creating and troubleshooting workflows, managing integrations, and configuring automation tasks.
- Troubleshooting Automation Workflows: Identify and resolve issues that arise within Zapier workflows, such as data syncing problems, action failures, or integration errors.
- Knowledge of Automation Concepts: A solid grasp of automation principles and best practices is essential for effectively assisting users with setting up and optimizing their workflows.
- API Familiarity: Familiarity with APIs and the ability to troubleshoot API-related issues is beneficial.
- Understanding of Webhooks: Knowledge of how to configure and troubleshoot webhooks within Zapier for triggering actions in external applications is valuable for supporting users with more complex automation needs.

- Fluency in English (spelling and grammar).
- At least 3+ years of experience with WordPress.
- Knowledge of web technologies.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with tools like HelpScout, Trello, Asana, GitHub, and Slack.
- Politeness and understanding.
- A curiosity to learn and grow.
Bonus points for any of the following –
- Ability to write and understand PHP.
- Ability to write and read jQuery, JavaScript, and any JS framework.
- WordPress plugin development experience.
- WordPress theme development experience.
- Previous remote working experience.
